Ph.D. University of Texas, Austin, 1995 Applied Linguistics; Second Language Acquisition; Germanic Linguistics Professor Moyer joined the department in the Fall of 1999. She teaches Second Language Acquisition, Sociolinguistics, Structure and Acquisition of German, and Foreign Language Instruction and Methodology. Professor Moyer is the supervisor of the German language program and teaching assistants. She also directs the MA and PhD programs in Second Language Acquisition. Recent Publications: 1.
