Dreamkeepers Emergency Financial Assistance Program
The Dreamkeepers Emergency Financial Assistance program at the University of Maryland is designed to help students avoid dropping out of school when faced with unforeseen financial difficulties. Dreamkeepers can help ease student worries about housing, food and utilities, books, transportation, childcare and medical needs, allowing students faced with sudden financial obstacles to focus their energy on education.Degree Programs in Languages

Minors
Minors in the College of Arts and Humanities offer students the opportunity to pursue a structured program of study in a field outside of their major. Minors allow participants to broaden their skills and interests granting them official recognition of their expertise and achievements. **MINORS should be declared at least one year before graduation**
